STEP 1: To check the unique ID of a GPS device, direct it to the IP address 193.193.165.167 and a corresponding port (see devices/ports list). |

STEP 2: When the GPS tracker connects to the server, a row with its unique ID will appear in the table below. |

If not successful... |

If no ID appears, possible causes are:
- | GPS device is directed to a wrong IP address or port. |
- | GPS device is configured incorrectly. |
- | There is no money on GPS device's SIM card. |
- | GPS device cannot lock any satellites (moving the device outside the building may help). |

STEP 3: Save this unique ID in unit properties. Then redirect the GPS tracker to send data to Wialon. |

Wialon Hosting: Change server IP to the IP indicated in the unit properties of your Wialon account. |

|
GPS-TRACE: Change server IP to 193.193.165.166. |
